2. Data we collect

Through the forms on this website (catalogue requests, product information requests, custom formulations, appointment requests and general contact) we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry or request.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data exclusively to handle and manage your request: to send you the requested catalogue, answer your enquiry, assess a custom formulation or arrange an appointment with our team or the group companies. We do not use your data for any other purpose and we do not carry out automated profiling.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the relevant form (article 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for the legally required periods. Once those periods have elapsed, the data will be deleted.

6. Recipients

Your data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required. When your request concerns the services of the group companies (CESMAR or SSIPF), the data needed to manage the appointment may be shared with the relevant company for that sole purpose.
